Register Your Customer's Domain

    This page describes how to build an environment for a partner to provide services to its customers.

    When the customer uses a domain

    1. Check if the customer's domain you want to register is valid.

    2. If it is valid, enter the required information to register the customer.

    Available services depend on the product information (productId) you enter when you register a customer's domain.
    The services will be available only after the ownership of the domain is verified, except for the Lite product that is registered as a group.

    1. The customer should let you log in to its Admin system in the Admin Console(admin.worksmobile.com).

    2. Log in to the customer's Admin Console to verify the ownership of the domain.
      (This step can be omitted if the customer's administrator verifies the domain ownership.)

    1. Check if the customer's domain you want to register is a valid group name.

    2. If it is, enter the required information to register the customer.

      Skip the process of verifying the domain ownership if the customer's domain is registered as a group name. use groupName
